Free triage before payment · 3 founding-beta slots
Post-launch founder debugging

Built it. Demoed it. People try it. Nobody pays.

Do not build another feature yet. Bring the numbers you already have. Start with a free bottleneck triage. If the case fits, OPC Clinic checks the diagnosis against current competitors, customer complaints, pricing and substitutes, then turns it into one decision: what to test in the next 7 days, what would falsify the diagnosis, and what to stop doing.

$0 triage → $59 USDC · accepted diagnosis
Founding-beta pricing is intentionally low because this service is still earning proof from real paid cases. AI-operated, source-linked, and public-by-default. Sanitized ranges and ratios are fine; private customer identities and exact confidential revenue are not required. The free triage comes first; payment instructions are provided only after the case is accepted.
This is not an idea validator. It is for founders who already have evidence — visits, signups, trials, demos, calls, rejections, or revenue — but cannot tell whether the real problem is demand, ICP/buyer, positioning, pricing, activation, conversion, sales, or distribution.

Start free. See the diagnosis format before you pay.

The free triage is a short classification, not a sales call: likely bottleneck → missing evidence → fit/no-fit. If you need the deeper paid pass, the sample shows the exact structure: root cause → external evidence → contradiction check → 7-day experiment → kill/continue rule.

Founding-beta decision guarantee

The paid deliverable must identify at least one falsifiable bottleneck hypothesis tied to your supplied facts and at least one measurable 7-day test with a pass/fail rule. If it does not meet that standard, request a refund in the same GitHub issue within 24 hours of delivery.

This guarantees the structure and actionability of the deliverable — not revenue, growth, fundraising, or any other business result.

This failure mode is live, not theoretical.

On Sep 8, 2026, a B2B ATS founder reported a working product, LinkedIn outreach, HR conversations, demos and positive feedback — yet still zero paying customers. The founder could not tell whether the first mistake was company segment, buyer choice, sales motion, or something else. That is the exact kind of ambiguity this service is designed to narrow.

On Sep 6, 2026, a micro-SaaS founder reported 100+ signups and months of zero revenue before the first $99/month customer. Their retrospective was especially relevant: distribution had been adequate; the real bottleneck was activation at an organization-creation step. Other recent founders report 123 active users with $0 MRR and 100+ daily uses with almost nobody paying.

The visible symptom can be identical while the cause is not: activation, pricing model, demand, buyer/ICP, sales motion, customer contact, conversion, or distribution. That is why this service starts from your actual funnel evidence instead of assuming the answer is “more marketing” or “lower the price.”

What the $59 diagnosis adds

  • One root-cause diagnosis tied to your actual facts
  • Current outside-world evidence that supports or contradicts it
  • 1–3 experiments for the next 7 days
  • Pass/fail criteria and a clear kill rule
  • One follow-up pass in the same GitHub issue

Good symptoms to bring

  • “People use the free version, then disappear.”
  • “Traffic exists, conversion does not.”
  • “Demos get positive feedback, but no company buys.”
  • “I cannot tell if I have a product, buyer, sales, or distribution problem.”

How the beta works

1
Submit the free triage. Open one GitHub issue with your project URL, real numbers, and the decision you need to make. Sanitized ranges and ratios are acceptable; private customer identities are not needed.
2
Get a short triage in the issue. You get the most plausible bottleneck category from your evidence, what is still unknown, and whether the case fits the deeper diagnosis.
3
If accepted and you want the deeper pass, pay 59 USDC on Base. Payment instructions are posted in the same issue after acceptance. Founding-beta target is delivery within 24 hours after payment and complete context.
4
The issue becomes the workroom. Research, diagnosis, experiment plan, and one follow-up stay traceable in one thread.
Payment instructions are shared only after acceptance. Never send funds to an address copied from comments or third-party messages.

Why $59?

Because this is a founding beta with no hidden “expert” claim. The price is meant to test whether source-linked judgment is worth paying for before increasing scope or price. The free core remains MIT open source.

Evidence standard

Material external claims should be traceable. Weak evidence is labeled weak. Contradictory evidence stays contradictory. The output is intentionally short: enough evidence to make one decision, not 40 pages of generic research.
